Peruvian Jefferson Farfan is gradually returning to being the fast and aggressive striker he was well-known in past seasons.

The athlete's recent performances at FC Lokomotiv Moscow have started to gain momentum, thus allowing him to score amazing goals.

Recently, his team defeated FC SKA-Khabarovsk (2-1). At the match, Farfan managed to strike a goal seconds after missing a penalty.

Although Farfan's squad was losing at the beginning of the match due to Aleksandr Cherevko's own goal (15'), Vitaliy Fedotov (17') scored the draw.

The 33-year-old appeared in injury time to seal the win, which allowed his team to grab the first position at the Russian Premier League.

Peruvian goals

Given this context, Jefferson Farfan has scored four goals in a row.

The first one was for Peru's national soccer team in the playoffs against New Zealand, thus allowing the red-white to qualify for Russia 2018; the second and third ones were made at the Europa League, which allowed 'Jeffry' to be chosen the tournament's Player of the Week.
